Anyband has announced cooperation in global franchise business in partnership with HDB, China's largest uniform price product distribution company.
On December 18, 2023, AUA Holdings CEO Jang Man-joon visited the headquarters of HDB, the largest uniform price product distribution company in China, located in Linyi, Shandong Province, and agreed to jointly promote the global franchise business.
AUA Holdings has brands such as Anyband, Uniband, Allband, and WeBand, each of which applies to all areas such as IT, finance, blockchain, industrial products, and household goods.
AUA Holdings, which has been operating mainly on brand licensing, has challenged to occupy the global market with a new business group called Annie Band Shop by discovering the potential of a uniform price distribution store and adjusting its strategy to directly operate a global franchise business centered on the Korean and U.S. markets.
CEO Jang Man-joon expressed his will to first establish Flag Shop in Seoul and Los Angeles, and expand the franchise business in a global range centered on Korean companies by developing franchise businesses around Korea and the United States.
