The 11th Royal Thai Princess Cup International Taekwondo Competition will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, from October 6-7.
The competition is organized and organized by the Korean Association of Thailand and the Korean Taekwondo Master Association in Thailand, and it has already been 11 years this year.
The competition has established itself as a traditional and international taekwondo competition that has been held every year under the approval of the Thai Royal King's Office
Last year, about 1,500 athletes and 3,000 spectators from 15 countries, mainly Thailand, participated in the event.
The competition is considered the most prestigious international competition in Southeast Asia, which is held every year with special permission from the Thai Royal King's Office.
From this 11th competition, the World Children Taekwondo Union(WCTU) has become a co-hosted and hosted organization in cooperation with the World Korean Master Association.
This is expected to further upgrade the competition in terms of quality and quantity.
In this regard, the organizing committee is expected to appoint Rhee Sang-gi, vice president of the World Children Taekwondo Union, as the joint venue and speed up preparation work.
Founded in 1996, the World Children Taekwondo Union (President Park Soo-nam) has been holding the Children's Cup in Germany in cooperation with the European Taekwondo Federation for 24 years since 1996.
It has the headquarters of the World Children Taekwondo Union in Germany (Stuttgart) and in Seoul, and has been holding the World Children's Taekwondo Culture Festival in Korea and China since 2015.
The federation membership includes more than 60 countries, including Korea, China, Japan, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
