"Art is the purest language that connects generations and hearts."

Ji-Youn Kim, President of Loverock Culture and Arts Lifelong Education Center and Chairperson of the International Rhythmic Gymnastics Association, has been officially appointed as the Head of the Korean Chapter of the Asian Children’s Music Association (ACMA).

This appointment recognizes Kim's longstanding contributions to arts education and international cultural exchange and is expected to serve as a pivotal moment in expanding the children’s music and arts network throughout Asia.

Currently, Ms. Kim serves as Chairperson of the World Cultural and Arts Exchange Committee, leading collaboration with more than eight countries, including Italy, Australia, China, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Russia, in planning and overseeing the World Children & Youth Culture & Arts Festival.
This festival, centered on the themes of cultural diversity, creativity, and peace, provides a global platform for children and youth to share and showcase their creative works rooted in traditional cultures.

Kim has already successfully hosted major international festivals in Qingdao and Zaozhuang (China), Florence (Italy), and Sydney (Australia). She is currently preparing a series of follow-up events scheduled for July 2025 in Chengdu, China (Asia Children's Art Talent Grand Prix, July 27–31), August 2025 in Seoul, Korea (World Children’s Culture & Arts Festival, August 23 at Seoul City Hall), and September 2025 in Qingdao, China (September 11–15).

Kim emphasized,

"Art is the purest language through which children and youth understand the world and express themselves. To build a future connected by hearts beyond culture and language, art is an indispensable bridge."

Meanwhile, Kim is also spearheading the Birth Celebration Song Challenge, a citizen-driven cultural movement initiated as part of Seoul City's low-birthrate policy efforts.
The project will run from April 28 to May 23, 2025, encouraging participants to celebrate new life through songs, rhythmic movements, and message videos. It is actively expanding through partnerships with maternity clinics, public health centers, kindergartens, daycare centers, parenting education institutions, integrated child-care centers, and mom communities nationwide.

In addition, Kim has personally developed SEL (Social and Emotional Learning)-based private certification programs focused on rhythmic gymnastics, creative body expression, and traditional Korean music play.
Programs such as the Rhythmic Gymnastics Instructor, Korean Children's Song Instructor, and Child Growth Exercise Instructor are now being promoted in collaboration with Korean language schools and cultural institutions both domestically and internationally, establishing a unique fusion of Korean language and arts as global educational content.
