Companies aiming for a global platform and local complex logistics companies in Vietnam have joined hands.

AUA Holdings Group (CEO Jang Man-jun), headquartered in Los Angeles, USA, and Vietnam's local logistics giant (CEO Chung Young-min) signed a strategic MOU in Hanoi, Vietnam, on the 23rd.

Vietnam's ASGU Group occupies a high share in the special delivery logistics service market, and is a logistics group seeking to expand logistics related to overseas import and export logistics and cross-border e-commerce.

In particular, the group's data is rapidly increasing due to increased sales of overseas product e-commerce and increased domestic and foreign courier imports due to its own e-commerce.

In this regard, AUA, which has been laying the foundation in Korea, is now turning to cooperation with overseas logistics companies.

As a result, it started to enter Vietnam, which has the fastest growth rate among ASEAN countries.

The AUA Holdings Group company holds international trademark rights related to the band and intends to promote the license business based on this.

The group is pursuing a globalization business that allows it to launch products or services using the company's trademark, aiming to be listed on the Nasdaq in the United States in a few years.

"We considered high Internet access, smartphone usage, young MZ generation population with high education, full government support for the digital economy, and familiarity with Korea and the United States as the first to choose the Vietnamese market among ASEAN countries," said Jang, CEO of AUA Earth Group.

The two companies plan to create synergy between AUA Earth Group's platform and ASGU logistics company's database in the future.
