Park Soo-nam, president of the World Children's Taekwondo Union, said in a speech to commemorate the appointment of executives, "We have completed trademark registration and copyright applications for the Children's Union based on various data over the past decade."

Accordingly, the private, government, and academic programs will be  promoted together in earnest  cooperation with the Taekwondo-related department of Yeongsan University.

In this regard, the first Bulgarian King's Cup Children's Taekwondo Competition, which has been promoted to globalize and enhance the brand value of the World Children's Taekwondo Union, is planned at the end of this year.

Thetefore  a major executive appointment ceremony was held in consideration of the time when the federation was in desperate need of organizational support.

Meanwhile, it plans to actively promote overseas competitions of the World Children's Taekwondo Federation in Germany, China, and Russia, which have not been held due to COVID-19.

The World Children's Taekwondo Union(WCTU) was established in 1996 with the aim of revitalizing the global taekwondo culture and has association branches in 60 countries, including Korea, China, Russia, Germany and the United Kingdom, along with Germany (Stuttgart) and Seoul headquarters.

It is taking the lead in popularizing children's taekwondo at home and abroad with Germany's Children's Cup, which has been held every year since the beginning of the group's establishment, the World Children's Taekwondo Culture Festival held for the first time in 2015 at Muju and the 2022 Ganghwa Competition.
