Applerind (CEO Kim Yoon-soo) has joined hands with the World Children Taekwondo Union (President Rhee Sang-gi) to announce its entry into the taekwondo uniform market at home and abroad.

Applind Co., Ltd. announced on the 30th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) agreement with the World Children Taekwondo Union (WCTU) to promote mutual development and cooperative relations at the meeting room of Applerind's headquarters in Wonju.

Applerind has developed and released an expensive new concept of children's taekwondo fashion uniform.

The newly released robe is a fashion functional robe specializing in children's taekwondo developed by its own research institute for many years, and is manufactured by developing a high-quality eco-friendly new material fabric that is 20% lighter in weight than the existing uniform.

In addition, it is a groundbreaking Taekwondo professional uniform that guarantees flexibility and activity with a wrinkle-free material that does not require ironing even after washing by treating the waistband and developing a new material with high-quality polyurethane that is easily ventilated in the upper and lower parts of the uniform.

Considering that there are no Korean brands in the Taekwondo clothing market despite the fact that the Taekwondo origin  country is Korea, Applerind's entry into the Taekwondo clothing market is based on its know-how in developing various sports uniforms such as ice skating, soccer, and golf.

"While more than 90% of Judo and Karate use products from the origin  country, the Taekwondo uniform market is only eager to sell cheap quality uniforms, and it is a sad reality that famous foreign brand products are used," said Kim Yoon-soo, CEO of Applerind. "We decided to enter the high-functioning, high-quality, high-quality Taekwondo uniform market because we maintained our pride as a Taekwondo master country and thought that Taekwondo supplies were a major area of the sports industry."

Meanwhile, the World Children Taekwondo Union Poomsae team  wore a newly launched children's uniform and demonstrated Poomsae during the K-Culture Day for foreign students held at Sangji University later in the day.

Applerind aims to make ICT wearable functional Taekwondo clothing, and plans to place children's Taekwondo clothing samples at its headquarters' direct stores to prevent counterfeit goods, enhance data-based customer service, and enhance mutual reliability, but distribute them only through pre-order production.

In the future, Applerind plans to actively utilize SNS, including YouTube, based on children's Taekwondo cultural events at home and abroad, while relying on the "rumor marketing" of children who have actually worn them. In addition, overseas, it is said that it will gradually focus its promotional marketing on creating international luxury brands by holding the "Applerind Children's Taekwondo Competition" with the World Children Taekwondo Union.
